After discussion with Stephen King, ISIS, the transmission spectra were relocated to a facility-independent namespace and transmission-sprectrum element immediately following the SASAdata block for each SANS and WANS SASentry. No change was needed in the standard to make this file valid. The XML file now is valid against the canSAS1d/1.0 XML Schema. Fixes #16.
